camera operator subcontract

Although I have a "Terms and Conditions" contract for my clients, it obviously isn't suitable for, although can be adapted, a contract between myself and a camera operator who would be subcontracting for me.
Although I have looked at some templates, they don't seem suitable for primarily (although not exclusively) subcontracting camera operators for filming weddings.

I am about to draft one and would like to have it as fully worked out as possible before it goes to my solicitor.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
If any one has one that is suitable to give or maybe for a payment I'd be interested too.
