Some nice Hobart fan ovens 
and wondering what the commercial 6 ring unit is like! Wife worked in catering until retiring 12 months back and some of the kit is worth paying extra for given some of the flimsy offerings at the local electrical stores aimed at the domestic market. We bought a commercial mixer instead of the domestic offerings, paid a bit more but clearly built to last and PAT tested before shipping too!
